My morning coffee is something I’ve always looked forward to (I’m not a sweet tooth or a big drinker so I’m allowed one guilty pleasure surely!!), but a few months ago I started feeling sickly after drinking my usual coffee. I had also started feeling a lot more bloated than normal, so decided to do a gut reset programme for 21 days. I have suffered from ulcerative colitis for a long time now, but am fortunate to have it under control the majority of the time through my diet rather than the need for regular medication.
