A Blog That Helped My Emotional Recovery

 My morning coffee is something I’ve always looked forward to (I’m not a sweet tooth or a big drinker so I’m allowed one guilty pleasure surely!!), but a few months ago I started feeling sickly after drinking my usual coffee.  I had also started feeling a lot more bloated than normal, so decided to do a gut reset programme for 21 days.  I have suffered from ulcerative colitis for a long time now, but am fortunate to have it under control the majority of the time through my diet rather than the need for regular medication.


So, 2021 well what can I say, 2019 going into 2020 for my family was a tough time, but boy did we not expect what was to come last year!
The first half of the year started fine, Dad was doing well on his chemotherapy, and everyone else was doing well. It wasn’t until we reached the half-way point things changed, and very quickly too!
